LES BERGÈRES
Our mangoes are grown organically without chemicals, synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Instead, we use natural pest control like neem extract, a mixture of green chilli and ginger, and traps that attract pests away from the trees. We prioritise soil health and conservation and enrich the soil with dry cow dung and Jeevamrut, a traditional organic fertilizer, before and during the monsoons. At picking time, each mango is picked with attention and care, graded, and lovingly packed for delivery. Our mangoes are best eaten shared.
Certified organic Alphonso. Boisar grown and raised.
OWL MOSCATO
PORTO PERFETTO
Our Chikoos (Sapota in their native Southern Mexico and Central America) thrive in Western Maharashtra's fertile lands. Our 25-year-old grove, yields succulent fruit three to four times a year, showcasing the species' resilience and productivity in our tropical climate.
Each tree in our grove produces a remarkable 350 to 400 fruits per cycle. We nurture them with farmyard manure and homemade vermicompost before the monsoons. This natural fertilization is what gives our fruits a characteristic corky brown colour, with a hint of yellow at maturity, and guarantees a ripening period that enhances their intrinsic sweetness that is at once nourishing and healing.
